Update Feb 28

An update since the last operating session.
The track work at Greenfield was taken up to deal with the issue of derailments at the new switch for the MEC Interchange. While checking the roadbed a second issue was found. So WRS Engineering Staff had the roadbed rebuilt. This required removing some of the old module benchwork and install new benchwork, which connecting all of the area together. Now with the strong sub roadbed installed, new roadbed was installed. Another switch was installed for the MEC Interchange as the track work was reinstalled.

Another change was the replacement of Metal Works with Ice Box Cold Storage.

This is the new track arrangement looking from the Mill Yard. On the near left is the end of the WRP Shipping Warehouse. Top left is the Ice Box Cold Storage building. On the right is the DOT Complex. Top right is the town of Greenfield

This is the view from the other end of Greenfield. The track on the lower right is the MEC Interchange. Also you can see Max expecting the new area added to the town of Greenfield.

This a view of DOT in the front and Ice Box Cold Storage in the background. Yes the sign say T&T Warehousing. The sign company has not delivered the new sign yet.

The is a shot of the MEC Yard. Presently it is only two tracks. A third track maybe added to handle the traffic from 104 and for 105.
There is still more work to be done in Greenfield, but for now the MEC connection is operational again.
later
