Update March 12th

Another update. As you can see below the MEC Yard has had a third track added. In this process the first two tracks had two feet plus added to each.

One of the other projects I have been working on is the Town of Greenfield. I have been arranging some of my building to see what the area could be.

In this arrangement, I was looking to where I would place the road to get from one side of the town to the other. Which made me look at my other two towns. Neither one has a road to connect the two sides of the town together. When Dogwood was used as UMG modules, a third module, Crossroads was install beside them to provide the required road. But on the WRS layout, Crossroads is not included. So the picture below shows the crews busy installing a road.

Engineering is still looking at options for Roseton.

The other project I am working on is to use more rail cars from the North East on the layout. After finding two boxes of rolling stock, I which I had packed away about a year ago, I have found more of my rolling stock for the North East. Now some of these cars will have to be renumbered, which is why some of them had been packed away.

Hey Doug;

Nice to see the progress - the third track at the MEC interchange will make things better. What happened to teh station at Greenfield? Did the RDC service finish because of too many missed stops?

Passenger service is still there. The station is in its new location, just as you enter town from Dogwood.

Yes, the third track will now allow for 104/105 to interchange with MEC. More stuff for you to do :-)
