This Monday nights operation session will be the first with the trains departing from the new Yard.
So now all of the Paper Work for operating on the WRS has to be changed.
Now trains leave the Yard and travel via Riverside, Bartown, Whiskey Falls, Roseton, Junction, Dogwood to arrive at Greenfield. The old arrangement was Yard, Greenfield, Dogwood, Junction, Roseton, Whiskey Falls and Riverside.
Other changes include Whiskey Falls being serviced by the Roseton Switcher and not the Bartown Switcher as before. Dogwood cars are now deliveried by the Mill Run. Junction / Blue Ridge cars are deliveried by the Roseton Local. And then there is the addition of the Mill Job.
There will be three trains leaving the Yard, the Mill Job, Roseton Local and the Bartown Local. There will be local switchers stationed at Dogwood and the Mill. The Junction / Blue Ridge area maybe serviced by a switcher that departs from Roseton, or the Roseton Local may run to Junction / Blue Ridge to do local switching.
All of these changes have required a complete new set of Train Orders.
With the addition of the Mill, paper work had to be done for another twenty cars to be added into the system. And when the Interchange Tracks are added another thirty cars will have to be added.
Time to get back to getting things ready for Monday Night.
