The WRS Shops have finished the repairs on the pair of S4. The Blue Unit received a new NCE decoder and the Red unit had tape installed between the motor and the frame.later

Are these Atlas Units with ATLS4 decoders?
If they are there was some discussion on one of the Yahoo groups recently about these. It seems the underside of the decoder can come in contact with the weight/frame causing a short. You should put a piece of tape on the underside of the decoder.
